BOOKS I HAVE READ

I love this book. I give it 5 stars. I highly recommend this book.  I can not wait to start using the recipes. It has a nice assortment of recipes.

The stories behind the recipes and styles of food are nice.  Also the pictures were good. I like to see what my dishes are suppose to look like, that way I will know if it turnred out ok.  The recipes are a mixture of drinks, meats, sides, and desserts.

If you love Southern cooking as much as I do you will not regret adding this cookbook to your collection. I will be getting more of his cookbooks. The recipes are all easy to follow and delicious.
