This is the first book I have read by this author. It is very well put together. I give this book five stars. Great recipes.
There are photos and easy to understand instructions.I look forward to trying these recipes. I just hope they look and taste like the pictures.
The book has eleven different categories of foods for grilling. I highly recommend this book.
