BOOKS I HAVE READ

This is a first I have read from this author.  So far I love this book.  I also love Jeff Foxworthy.  I love what he had to say about Francine.  I give this cookbook 5 stars.  I would definitely recommend this cookbook to others.

Francine starts out by telling the story behind her and her family, and how she got her recipes.  She talks about meeting Jeff Foxworthy and being on a cooking show. My husband looked through the cookbook soon as I got it and has already found 4 recipes that he wants me to try.  So I guess I will be cooking out of it real soon.

I love the pictures with some of the recipes. It helps to know what you are cooking is suppose to look like. I like how she explains how to do something instead of just putting the recipe and saying, here it is.  The only drawback I saw in the entire book was that there were not enough pictures.
