BOOKS I HAVE READ

This has been a pretty good cook book so far. I give it 4 stars.  I would also recommend this cook book. I look forward to trying some of these recipes.

I like the pictures that are in the book so that you can see what the recipes are suppose to look like. I just wish there were pictures for all of them. But overall The cook book is very well done.

She also puts a chart in the back of the cook book for allergen free and vegan cakes and list what cakes are dairy free, vegan, nut free, and soy free.  She also lists sources for getting the gluten free and dairy free ingredients for the recipes. She also has a conversion chart in the back.
