This is another new author for me. I give this book 5 stars. I would highly recommend this cookbook. It has beautiful pictures in it.
The cook book has only three chapters, skillet fried, deep fried, and combination fried, but they are loaded with recipes. She goes into detail about picking a chicken and size. She also shows step by step how to cut up a whole chicken. That is something I have never been able to do and get it right.
I can not wait to try some of these recipes. My husband is not fond of chicken, but I bet if I try some of these he will like them.
