This is another new author, I can't wait to try some of his recipes. I love that he also has pictures of the dishes. I give this cookbook five stars. I would highly recommend this cookbook for any one that loves chili.
He has recipes for beans and no beans. He many recipes using all different kinds of meat. The book is divided into four sections: Chili's Family Tree, Tex-Mex Traditions, Chili Road Trip and Modern and Vegetarian Chilies.
There is also a guide to peppers and chili powders. I love chili with either conbread or grill cheese sandwiches, or maybe just saltine crackers.
