These are two more new authors that I have not seen before. I will be looking forward to trying some of the recipes. Until I got this book I did not even know what a keto diet was. I would recommend this book. I give it 4 stars.
Keto is a state of metabolic efficiency where you are able to burn stored energy in the form of body fat and ketones, and not be dependent upon regular high carbhydrate meals to sustain your energy, mood, or cognitive focus. I am going to do a little more looking so that I can be more prepared to not fail.
Brad and Mark has laid out the book to where it is easy to follow. This book was easy to read. It has some pretty good recipes in it, so I look forward to eating some of the recipes.
